Dany
Bouchedid
Chief Executive Officer
Dany is the chief visionary and architect behind COLOTRAQ. He oversees all aspects and functions of the company including finance, accounting, legal, marketing, corporate communications, human resources, operations & fulfillment, strategic alliances, and corporate administration. Prior to founding the company in 1999, he was a relationship manager in Chase Manhattan Bank's Technology Services Division where he significantly contributed to the division’s market leadership by providing cash management, US dollar clearing, and FX trading back-office solutions to multinational corporations. From 1992 to 1996 he developed automated systems used for monitoring investment portfolios as a member Merrill Lynch's Corporate Services Group. The tracking tools he developed facilitated the measurement of risk against return and improved the asset allocation process.
Dany has been published and quoted in various industry publications including eWeek (formerly PC Week) magazine and Channel Partners magazine (formerly PHONE+). He currently sits on the Channel Partners Advisory Board. Dany is one of the founding members of the Technology Channel Association (TCA), the professional trade association for independent telecom sales professionals, and currently serves as the TCA’s president. As Adjunct Professor in Montclair State University’s School of Business, he has taught Strategic Management, Patterns of Entrepreneurship and Ecommerce. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business and he has an active real estate license in the state of New Jersey. |

Lou Peccoralo
Chief Operating Officer
Lou manages the day-to-day activities of the business. He is responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm’s products and services, and for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective.
A 25-year telecom industry veteran with broad managerial experience in marketing, sales and operations, Lou has served as Vice President of Operations for Cypress Communications, Director, Field Operations for WorldCom, National Director of Product Management for Shared Technologies Fairchild and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for JWP Telecom. Lou is a sought after presenter at prominent industry forums. Most recently he delivered a talk entitled, “The Case for Data Center Services Is Strong in a Weak Economy”, at the Spring Channel Partners Conference and Expo.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Jack
Rabinowitz
Vice
President of Marketing and Corporate Communications
Jack joined COLOTRAQ as a hands-on marketer to help focus the company's brand and message. Before long his prior experience as a CPA was called upon when he was enlistedto direct its financial operations. He now oversees both the finance and marketing activities of the company.
Prior to joining COLOTRAQ, Jack directed creative services in the Branding & Communications Department of JPMorgan Treasury Solutions, a Technology Services business of the JPMorgan Chase Bank. He was president and founder of Cussionair Therapy Products where he designed and implemented a national sales and marketing plan for a family of patented medical devises. A pioneer in the desktop publishing field, he has broad experience helping businesses communicate more efficiently and effectively with digital technology. Jack spent nine years as a partner in Rabinowitz & Co. a public accounting firm specializing in arts organizations, creative professionals, business start-ups and income taxes. He received his CPA in 1979.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University. He also attended the School of Visual Arts.
