Sony working on small two-way satellite dish
Japan’s
largest communications satellite operator, JSAT, and consumer electronics giant
Sony, are collaborating on a small, inexpensive two-way satellite antenna. Only
45 centimeters in diameter, the new dish would be about one-third as expensive
to make as the 75-centimeter dish that is currently the smallest JSAT uses.
