Terms and Conditions:

1. Overview. In the event that you find a lower quote on another US-based website when you’re ready to purchase, COLOTRAQ will match the lower quote. This Low Cost Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

2. Applicability. The Low Cost Guarantee applies to hardware make and models sold by COLOTRAQ.

3. Notifying COLOTRAQ of a Claim. You must contact us at 1-877-265-6222 in order to make a claim under the Low Cost Guarantee. The lower quote must be available online to the general public at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.

4. Must be “Apples to Apples” Comparison. The Low Cost Guarantee is applicable only for exact equipment matches, price all in with taxes and shipping included, with the same configuration. The Low Cost Guarantee applies only to prices publicly displayed on competitor websites.

5. Comparison Quotes Must Be Available to the General Public Online. The Low Cost Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a US-based website. For example, this does not include quotes offered through membership program websites; group, charter, rewards program, incentive prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a voucher or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower quote may not come from a website where you call to get the quote, or from an e-mail that you received. The quote must be quoted in US dollars (and without reference to currency converters).

6. Verification of Claims. All requests are subject to verification by COLOTRAQ. COLOTRAQ will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by COLOTRAQ personnel. Nor will COLOTRAQ verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a technical or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will have equipment purchase orders using the lower, verified quotes.

7. Changes. COLOTRAQ reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Low Cost Guarantee or to restrict its availability at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Low Cost Guarantee. No change in the Low Cost Guarantee will affect any purchase order that has already been issued to you. The failure by COLTORAQ to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
